Initial signups for the run on 25 APRIL 2026 will close Saturday, 6 December 2025.
There will then be a round of safety flagging via email. After flagging results, we will do casting and participants will receive their full character brief no later than Sunday, 14 December 2025.

The form will then reopen for signups, both for the April and the October run.
Players signing up for April after 14 December 2025 still have very good chances of getting a spot. However, since initial casting will be through, they will not have full choice of characters and might receive a character they don't have in their Top 3.

There will be a second round of safety flagging and casting, onboarding additional players no later than Sunday, 25 January 2026. After that date, all additional signups will be treated as if they signed up for the waiting list. They will be subjected to waiting list flagging and then individually onboarded based on their character choices to fill the last open spots, or drop-out spots.

We expect initial flagging and casting for the run on 10 October 2026 to take place in February 2026.
